Breakfast Club
The single-biggest skill one can improve and make a major difference in their game is in their ability to handle the puck, and possess it. The ability to be an impact player is directly related to your ability to handle the puck and make plays.
Your ability to handle the puck well dictates your ability to make plays with your stick: encompassing passing, shooting, and stickhandling. Our goal is to develop our players’ stickhandling ability through a variety of on-ice instruction and, at-home stickhandling homework and exercises that will lead to a major improvement in your game. If you want to make a difference in your game – breakfast club is how you accomplish it.
You can pick how many times you come each week. We offer breakfast club Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays

Homework will be assigned every Sunday for the player to complete at-home. The exercises and drills will be a combination of bodyweight exercises & stickhandling/shooting the drills. The off-ice exercises will work in tandem with the on-ice techniques and drills we are training.
- Take video of each drill performed on-ice & off-ice & send to coach each week- Utilize the homework sheet as a tool to manually record progress & track - Each player is to bring a signed copy of the homework to the first session of each week
Weekly Breakdown:
A bi-weekly performance assessment will be provided with a breakdown of how your athlete did on thier off-ice training, on-ice training, & what corrections need to be made the following week.
These corrections will be added to the personal homework packet that is sent out at the
beginning of the week for the player to have accessible as he practices at-home. These will be sent on Sundays after the week is complete.
Player Considerations & Monthly Topics of Discussion:
Rest and Recovery: Ensure players have adequate rest days to prevent overtraining and reduce the risk of injuries. Sleep is king. Practice good sleep/nap habits.
Hydration and Nutrition: Emphasize the importance of proper hydration and nutrition for optimal
performance and recovery.
Monitoring Progress: Regularly assess where you are as a player. Your skills, strength, and begin to understand your overall development. Ask yourself, where can I be better?
Mental Training: Incorporate mental training exercises to enhance focus, resilience, and
decision-making on the ice. You are in CONTROL
